After hours of consultation with customers and our very own internal expertise, we have designed and built two fully functional mobile workshops. One of which is used for Safety valve repair and recertification, the second is used for Oxygen service cleaning, with various more options and builds to come.

These options enable us to mobilize our specialized equipment at a moment’s notice and be at any customer within Southern Africa and neighbouring countries. This reduces ever increasing transport costs as well as eliminating risk of cargo on the road.

Customers enjoy on site Quality control benefits as they are able to view the work being done live anywhere within the plant. The Safety valve repair and recertification workshop is fitted with a world class modular safety valve test bench.

After close inspection we saw a need for a site oxygen service clean room for the Oxygen plants, we then designed and built a world class mobile Oxygen Service Unit to assist with that, these oxygen plants are often found in very rural areas of Southern Africa and require a very clean environment where components are cleaned to particles per square cm in inspected through rigorous controls.

Utilising both units together we are able to give the customers the best services anywhere they need it.

With plans to build additional modular mobile workshops including one that would complement our Instrumentation & Control department to provide repair and calibration on site wherever our customers are situated.

The need for cost-saving is an ever-growing demand throughout the industry. In addition to the removal and installation of valves and through innovative designs, planning, and vast knowledge of site operations, Enserve now offers a comprehensive range of valve site services to its customers.
